He is a strategic thought leader with a proven track record for conceptualising, delivering and transforming business and IT growth strategies, new business models and end-to-end operations through the introduction of digital solutions and technology platforms.
As the Factor5 CEO, Brian combines a ‘strategy first’ approach to transformation with expertise in executive relationship building, product design and solution delivery to lead the Factor5 executive team and establish overall company direction. He uses these same strengths to guide clients in designing, planning and delivering against the business outcomes established for their own transformation projects. Brian also sets overall product and architecture direction and oversees product definition, development, management and delivery.
Jon blends his passion for simplifying the complex and removing customer effort with nearly two decades leading strategy development, business and customer experience transformations in the commercial sector to deliver business growth and profitability outcomes.
As Head of Strategy & Culture, Jon works with leadership team to assist with day-to-day operations and scaling key functional business areas with a strong focus on culture development and growth. Jon, brings thought leadership and a consultative approach to guide the company’s short, mid and long term strategy.
Sheree has spent nearly 20 years cultivating expertise in a variety of global strategic planning, project management, finance and operations management positions cross organisations including BHP Billiton, ANZ Bank and Australia Post. In these roles, she’s led aggressive global change initiatives, built and executed complex strategic plans and implemented internationally adopted operating and planning frameworks.
As COO, Sheree works with the leadership team to advise on day-to-day operations and scaling the business. Sheree leads all finance and investor relations efforts and works closely to advise on best practices in talent acquisition, strategic planning, project management and client delivery.
Cultivated during his 18 year career spent in higher education in various leadership positions, Russell has designed and delivered organisation-wide transformation projects across IT infrastructure, customer service and support and service management domains.
As the Head of Client Delivery at Factor5, Russell combines his passion for leadership with his experience in introducing Agile methodologies and practises to project, operations and delivery teams and acts as our customer’s primary interface to ensure successful outcomes. Russell establishes and leads the execution of client-facing delivery strategies as well as business development, customer satisfaction and innovation programs.
Carolyn has spent more than 20 years in various executive positions leading multiple student administration and support service projects for universities in the UK and Australia.
Carolyn’s efforts to create the Academic Registrar’s Office and improve student recruitment and admission processes at Murdoch University, for example, delivered a 25% uplift in student acceptances. And during her 15 years at Durham University, her leadership across a number of major strategy and improvement projects contributed to the university’s rise in UK and global rankings.
At Factor5, Carolyn combines her hands-on transformation successes with her expertise in strategic planning and change management to advise and guide our clients and to develop and translate organisational strategy into actionable delivery and operational plans. In addition, Carolyn is responsible for building the Factor5 brand, leading market development and contributing to the formation and execution of the company’s long term business strategy.
Honed during a nearly 10-year career spent in various creative, design and experience leadership, coaching and team-building positions, Benson has guided organisations in higher education and financial services to think, design, develop and deliver with a digital mindset. His focus has been on identifying product and service portfolio innovation opportunities, infusing digital and omni-channel methodologies into product and service delivery roadmaps and evaluating the successes of various portfolio-level projects through a ‘customer experience first’ lense.
As the Head of Product and Experience, Benson leads product management and is responsible for the overall product experience strategy. Benson and the team live and breathe CourseLoop. In addition to influencing product design “givens” like workflows, wireframes and prototypes, Benson influences product strategy and works collaboratively with clients and with our product development, delivery and implementation teams to navigate the interplay among customer needs, business strategy and software engineering.
Nick has 25 years’ experience in IT strategy, architecture and delivery with sector leaders in financial services, management consulting and higher education. He has spent many years in demanding business relationship roles servicing multiple stakeholders with varied, and often conflicting, needs.
